GENERAL ENQUIRIES
The Business Eminence Awards was first inaugurated in 2017 and is due for its sixth year in 2023. The Business Eminence Awards is an initiative by Dun & Bradstreet Singapore to celebrate the Nation’s vibrant tradition of entrepreneurship, recognize and showcase the achievements of Singapore companies that are the critical cogs in shaping the business landscape in Singapore over the past year.
Dun & Bradstreet Singapore has conferred a total number of 162 Business Eminence Awards since year 2017.
– Gold Category (Annual turnover of above SGD20 million)
– Silver Category (Annual turnover of below SGD20million)
– Start-up Category (Less than 5 years of business operations)
*Note: There will be no ranking in our awards.
Applicants must fulfil the following criteria:
Gold Category:
- Achieved profitability
- Registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Be in business operation at least 3 years
- Annual turnover above SGD20 million
Silver Category:
- Achieved profitability
- Registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Be in business operation at least 3 years
- Annual turnover below SGD20 million
- The company will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
- Registered with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
- Have less than 5 years of business operations
*Note: Companies that do not meet the above criteria will be assessed on case-to-case basis.
To participate in the Dun & Bradstreet Singapore Business Eminence Awards (BEA), please submit your application along with the firm’s audited financials, or whose financials are available from ACRA from the past 2 years via email: BEA@dnb.com.sg and we will get in contact with you.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Nomination is Free of Charge.
The applicant is required to take up the Dun & Bradstreet Singapore Business Eminence Awards package when notified as an Awardee of BEA.
Award winners have the option to take up the add-on package.
The D&B Business Eminence Package consists of:

- Business Eminence Certificate with frame

- Letter of Conferment of the Business Eminence Award
- Exclusive Usage of the official Dun & Bradstreet Business Eminence Seal

- Special Feature on Dun & Bradstreet Singapore’s Website
- Circulation to Dun & Bradstreet’s Singapore Database (around 20,000 local companies)
+ Add-on Package (Optional) – SGD $4,020
- Invitation to Award Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner (10 Invitees inclusive of Award Winner)
- Electronic Album of Event Photos taken at the Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner
- Electronic Album of Award Acceptance Speech
*Add-on package will only take place with sufficient participation.
PACKAGE
Awardee’s company name and company logo will be featured in The Business Times.
Dun & Bradstreet Singapore’s database circulation encompasses approximately 20,000 local companies.
AWARDS CEREMONY
There will be an award ceremony and gala dinner to celebrate the awardees’ achievements and business success, subject to sufficient take up of the add-on package.
We strongly encourage all the award winners to attend the gala dinner.
Guest of Honor will be the senior management of Dun & Bradstreet Singapore.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to be held in the 3rd quarter of 2024 subject to prevailing Government regulations and safe management measures and sufficient participation. More information will be provided soon. Stay updated on dnb.com.sg/business-eminence-awards/
Special Dietary such as Halal / Chinese Vegetarian meals can be arranged with additional cost.
APPLICATION PROCESS, JUDGING AND SELECTION
We will commence our evaluation and will reach out to the companies for more information if necessary.
Dun and Bradstreet Singapore has developed a propriety financial model with several parameters to identify the best performing business. Our primary focus is on business growth and/or profitability.
Apart from revenue and profit growth, the model also ultilizes qualitative metrics such as corporate social responsibility track records and indicators of business excellence such as corporate governance to select the best performing companies in Singapore.
