Cancellation & Substitution Policies

  1. A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge should you be unable to attend. Notification has to be informed in writing at least 3 working days prior to the conference.
  2. D&B reserves the right to postpone or cancel the seminar for reasons whatsoever. In such a case, D&B will provide a full refund to registrants who have made payment towards the event and such.
