01. What is the difference between SME Credit Bureau Non-contributor and Contributor?
SME Credit Bureau (Non-contributor) online platform provides access to all commercial credit information ranging from basic registration information, litigation information to detailed credit reports. SME Credit Bureau (Contributor) online platform allows you to obtain Commercial Enquiry report that entails not only to basic registry information of a company, litigation searches but also its detailed accounts on corporate payment patterns. Information is offered on the basis of reciprocity.

02. How do I log into the system?
A security password is required. To obtain your password, please contact Customer Service (CSC) hotline at 6565 6262 for assistance.

03. How do I go about conducting searches?
Upon obtaining your security password, you can now begin ordering any reports that are listed on the Product and Services section.
|
|
|
|

04. Can the same password be used for both Contributor and Non-contributor?
Yes. But for security reasons, you are advised to change the default password for respective access.
|
|
|
|

05. Why do I get error message while trying to download the search?
All D&B reports are converted in PDF format for security and reliable distribution. Ensure your PC has PDF Reader program in order to download any reports. If problem persists, please contact CSC for assistance.

06. I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Please contact CSC to reset your password.

07. The system does not accept my password. What should I do?
System only recognizes an alphanumeric password of min. 7 / max 10 characters. If problem persists, please contact CSC for assistance.

08. If I order the BizCheck Plus and cannot download or print (due to error), will you bill me on this?
You will only be billed once (duplicate rule applies - same day same check). Please contact CSC to assist for downloading/printing.
