Based on payA revamped version of the Credit Monitoring system was released on the 26th of April 2009. The new system boasts a more efficient and transparent system, where a more customizable experience is awarded to the user. Some of the new improved features include:

Department allocation
With this feature, it is now possible to segregate alerts by the number of departments in your business. All first time users will have to begin customizing their account, by first adding the departments to which the alerts will be directed to. It is mandatory that at least a single department is inputted. On the event that all alerts are to be directed to a single individual listing, stating the company as a department with a single contact point is possible.

Monitoring list maintenance
After including your department or departments, you may now proceed to build your list of entities that you wish to have monitored. This list is entirely maintained by the user with immediate transfers to the alert database with every entry in the monitoring list.

If you wish to ensure that the particulars of the entity or individual are correct, a browse function is available to match the name of the entity with its registration number.

*Please note: To avoid possible mismatching errors, please take care to enter the correct ID number into the relevant field.

Fast response monitoring
Last but not least, one of main improvements to the system is its quick response to monitoring changes. The moment the user updates his or his list of entities to be monitored. A list of updates will be received within 24 hrs from the moment the changes were made.
