Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Soliciting new sales leads and secure sales appointments through networking
  • Identifying the needs of clients and prospects through consultative selling
  • Achieving sales targets set by the company
  • Developing and implementing sales and account plans to customers
  • Candidates with the right attributes will be groomed to manage and lead  their own sales teams

The candidate is expected to have the following attributes:

  • Preferably a Degree or Diploma holder
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed as training will be provided
  • Highly sales-driven
  • Dynamic and Self-motivated
  • Able to communicate well with all levels within organizations
  • Strong followup skills
  • Able to multi-task

Rewards/Benefits

  • Attractive remuneration (Basic + High Commission + HP+ Medical and Dental Allowance)
  • 5-Day work week from 9am to 6pm. OT not required for this position. 
  • Only Singaporeans or Singapore PRs need to apply. 

Relationship Manager

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Account and Relationship Management
  • Strategize individual account plans to maximize account potential
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide effective solutions according to clients’ needs
  • Generate leads and opportunities in accounts set through highly leveraged relationships with customers
  • Supervise and drive internal departments to meet customers’ needs
  • Able to communicate well with all levels within organizations
  • Work closely with customers and internal resources to meet customers’ needs

The candidate is expected to have the following attributes:

  • Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels
  • 1 -2 years of sales experience
  • Dynamic and customer-oriented
  • Highly positive
  • Resourceful and analytical
  • Able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team-playing skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in both written and spoken  English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
